What is a consultation? How does it look?
Consultations are the first step if, after a short conversation, you decide to use our service of organization and full coordination for your wedding. We will get to know each other better during the first consultation, which can be live or via video chat, and go over how you envision your day in detail. What are your preferences and what do you definitely want to avoid. Together, we will comment on the segments of the organization and set the framework for the planned budget. After this kind of discussion, we have a good foundation to build a tailor-made wedding and, consequently, an offer for you.
Where do you organize / decorate weddings?
The Artium Weddings team is stationed in Istria, so our activities in this radius are the most common. We certainly do weddings in the area of nearby Kvarner, and we are not unfamiliar with weddings in the rest of Croatia and beyond.
How do you calculate your service rates?
Our services depend mostly on the hours that need to be invested in a particular project, the complexity of implementation and the cost of variable components that participate in our products, such as the choice of flowers, decorative elements, etc.
How far in advance should you be contacted / hired?
It mostly depends on the service you choose. We definitely advise contacting us as soon as possible. Our philosophy is that every wedding should start with an idea from the beginning: design. You have imagined the whole wedding—we will be guided by your ideas in the selection of all elements, from the location to the final finishing details.
